THE PROBLEM

Current Fueling is a compromise.

Here’s the deal: your body can only absorb about 1 to 1.5 grams of sugar per minute. Dump in more than that, and the unabsorbed carbs sit in your gut, pull in water, and throw you a GI party nobody asked for. So what do most products do? They give you 20–30 grams of simple sugar and tell you to take another one in 20 minutes. It works… in theory. In practice, you’re managing a feeding schedule more finicky than a newborn’s, and your stomach is not having a great time.
